Ashdon Open Gardens - thanks for your support

Great turn out for the Open Gardens day last Sunday - in the region of 300 programmes sold resulting in c. £1000.00 for the Parish Church funds. Plenty of new faces enjoying the nursery and so many favourable comments all round for both our range & quality and the excellent gardens in the village. Well done to the organisers and those who kindly opened their gardens for all to share.

Welcome Beeches Nursery - blog no 1!

15th June 2014 - and welcome to Beeches Nursery and our 1st blog. It's been a bit of a learning curve getting this far and improvements to our 'look' will be made with more experience - and I am sure some advice!! The nursery is now bursting with colour and activity the recent spell of hot weather adding to the work load - water, water water. Today is Open Gardens day in Ashdon with 19 generous 'households' kindly welcoming the public into their carefully tended gardens - from the spacious gardens of Ashdon Hall & Waltons, the allotments, and tiny courtyard gardens. We look forward to lots of visitors.
